Wi-Fi QR Code Generator
Create a guest Wi-Fi QR code so visitors can join without typing a long network name or password. This is useful for cafes, offices, rental properties, salons, clinics, and event venues.
What to include
- Network name exactly as it appears on devices.
- Password with correct capitalization and symbols.
- Security type, usually WPA for modern routers.
- A short printed note such as "Scan to join guest Wi-Fi."
Print tips
Use a high-contrast QR code, print it at least 1.6 inches wide for table signs, and test the final sign from the distance guests will actually scan it.
Wi-Fi QR code troubleshooting
If a phone cannot join after scanning, check the network name first. Wi-Fi QR codes are case-sensitive, so a hidden space, wrong capitalization, or old password can break the scan even when the QR code itself is readable.
